Testfit Services
This is often where projects get their start. Research of jurisdiction requirements, zoning compliance and visualization of possibilities are the focus of this effort. This service will streamline the early stages of a project, assisting clients to evaluate multiple layouts quickly while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Basic Services
These services expand on the testfit services and include development of detailed plans for submittal to the Authority Having Jurisdiction or a General Contractor depending on the scope of the project. Bid assistance and pricing negotiation can be included in this effort. Permit coordination with the City or State is often required.
Additional Services
Sometimes projects require more involvement or oversight. Some examples of these services include Interior Design, 3D Rendering and walk-thru, Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Management or Owner's Representation.
